All governance of data handling functions flows through GmWilkie-Corq TR as the conglomerate's internal governance authority. No trustee, officer, representative, designee, or affiliated individual assumes personal liability in connection with data handling obligations under this Policy.

This Policy is incorporated by reference into the GmWilkieco Terms of Service located at www.gmwilkieco.com/legal/terms-of-service. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described herein.

  • Information from service partners: information received from WilGheW TR's independent third-party service providers ("Providers") in connection with fulfilling a service request, including confirmation of service completion and any incident-related communications.

  • Verify the accuracy of information you submit in connection with a service request.

  • Enforce the Terms of Service and protect the rights, property, and safety of the GmWilkieco Parties, our Providers, and other users.

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity in connection with the Services.
  • With WilGheW TR's independent third-party Providers necessary to fulfill your specific service request (for example, a driver, sitter, task coordinator, or concierge partner). Providers receive only the information necessary to perform the requested service.
  • With vendors and service partners who support our operations, including website hosting providers, form processing platforms (including Zoho), analytics providers, and payment processors. These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable law.
  • With legal authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies, or courts where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or lawful compulsory legal process.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all assets of any GmWilkieco Party, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any such transfer where required by applicable law.

Users of WilGheW-Sitter who book sitting or companion care services on behalf of a minor acknowledge that their booking may involve the incidental collection of limited information about the minor in the context of service fulfillment. Such information is used solely for the purpose of coordinating the requested service and is not retained beyond the period necessary for that purpose.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at the information provided in Section 11 and we will take prompt steps to delete it.
